Your Distribution Date Is An Estimate And Subject To Change

While we do everything within our power to meet your requested distribution date, there are a very wide variety of reasons why this may not be possible most of which are very much out of our control. Some of these include:

  • Delays in graphics approval
  • Delays in the print production schedule
  • Delays introduced by the courier delivering your order to USPS
  • Unexpected staff shortages
  • Inclement weather

Nine times out of ten things go out on time, but be aware that we do not guarantee or in any way discount or refund orders based on when they are distributed outside of extreme circumstances and at the discretion of Printing Peach. They will be distributed at the earliest possible date if delays are encountered.

Discrepancies Between Quantity of Print and Distribution Area

Printing quantities are standardized. For instance, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000 and so on. USPS postal routes do not match these standardized printing quantities. As a result, we order as much as 130% of your printed quantity in USPS (United States Postal Service) Distribution. For instance, for your order of 1000 postcards the postal roads surrounding your address maybe equal 1235 addresses. This means that 235 of the addresses will not receive a postcard. Which addresses do not receive a postcard is at the discretion of USPS.

In the circumstances where we would need to purchase distribution for more than 130% of your printed quantity, we may distribute to as little as 85% of your printed quantity. The undistributed mailers would be sent to your shipping address. If this applies to you, you will be informed and given the option to cancel and refund the order.

Proof Of Delivery

The United States Postal Service is exceptionally reliable but they do not provide proof of delivery on EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail). This is because these pieces of mail are unaddressed and are not bar-coded or trackable. However, there are things we can do to provide you peace of mind that your distribution is being delivered as ordered. These include:

  • Several samples of your print job will be mailed to you when your print job is complete and ready for distribution.
  • We will provide tracking of your prepared EDDM job leaving our facility destined for your local USPS office.
  • If necessary, we can provide a picture of the job packed and prepared for USPS.
  • If necessary, we can provide a copy of our invoice for your specific job with USPS.

Again, the United States Postal Service is extremely reliable. Unlike independent distribution companies that employ low-paid temporary workers, USPS postal carriers have a career to protect.

Refund And Discount Policy

Once an EDDM order has been created, there are very few circumstances where their will be an option for a refund or partial refund.

Here are a few instances where a refund or partial refund may occur:

  • There is an inadequate number of addresses in your requested distribution area. In this case, at the customer’s discretion a full refund will be offered.
  • You request to cancel the order very shortly after placing the order. If the job is not already in production, a full refund will be provided.
  • There was an error in the print job. This error must not be shown in the proofs you approved. In this circumstance, A partial or full refund will be given at the discretion of Printing Peach based on the severity of the issue.
  • There is hard evidence that the job was not distributed by USPS. This is exceptionally rare and would need to be proven conclusively. An example would be pictures of the postcard found in a dumpster for example. In this circumstance, the distribution would be rescheduled, or refunded and the printing would be refunded based on what portion of the print job is unusable. This refund would again be at the discretion of Printing Peach.
  • The distribution is not complete or is completed exceptionally beyond the estimated distribution date. A partial or full refund would be granted based on the circumstances at the discretion of Printing Peach.

Outside of these circumstances a refund will almost never be given. That being said, we pride ourselves on a very compassionate and human approach to our customers and we certainly value our customers long-term business more than any short-term game. You can rest assured a reasonable solution will be offered when fitting.

  • Once you give us the thumbs-up, production of your order is underway; the finished product will ship in about 4 or 5 business days after your fianl approval (may be a bit longer for specialty products).You can find turnaround times for various products on individual printing product pages.
  • You will receive your completed order by Courier. Since we use five different US printing facilities across the country, yours will be shipped from the one closest to you to ensure the fastest turnaround time…probably only one or two days, even with standard shipping!
  • We keep every order on file, so that in the event that you want to reorder, or order a modified version, the process will be quick and painless. Numerous repeat customers can attest to the value and care we take with each and every client and order. We love it when you come back for more!
