Our all-inclusive fees (no hidden costs!) cover your initial set of proofs, and 4 rounds of revisions, for a total of 5 versions altogether. (We can offer any additional revisions for $15 per round). We find that 95% of the time, this is sufficient to get us to the place where you are completely satisfied.
Our excellent team of graphic designers includes two full-time graphic artists and several others we use on an as-needed basis. Their aim is to flesh out the client’s ideas, bringing them to life, and we believe they are some of the best in the business. We make the process enjoyable, while respecting your time constraints, and believe that you will be truly excited about the end result!
We guarantee that if we cannot bring a client to a point of total satisfaction with their design, we will refund 100% of any design fees paid up until that point. To this point, since 2007, we have successfully completed about 2500 graphic designs, and have had to refund only about 5 customers!! That’s a phenomenal record!
Here is a step-by-step breakdown of the design process:
- First, place a design order here online, or call 1-888-587-2383 ext 1.
- Give us your desired text content for the product along with any images you want included (your company Logo, imagery of your product, etc.). In addition, or if you prefer, we can provide high quality images of photography that you require…at no additional cost!
- Our designers will forward a first proof to you by email for your feedback
- We will continue to tweak your design, working closely with you by phone or e-mail.
- Once you are totally satisfied, we submit your product to print.
